McKinsey Report Reveals Kenya’s Gender Gap in Leadership Despite Entry-Level Parity
New study reveals Kenya’s early momentum on gender diversity is not sustained at senior levels, as broader systemic barriers limit women’s advancement. McKinsey & Company today released its latest Women in the Workplace report, extending its landmark research series to Kenya, Nigeria, and India for the first time.
